RESERVATION POLICY

You can you express your interest to book by contacting us either by phone or by sending us email or fax. Once you know the availability of the room you are ready to book the studios or apartment, we need you to send a deposit via bank transfer. To make a reservation, you are required to pay 50% of the total. The remaining amount will be paid after you arrive in our premises. On the day of arrival, 100% of the total charge. Check in: 14:00 (PM) Check out: 11.00 (AM)

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If the customer informs the company for cancellation 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

2. Cancellations from 21 up to 1 day after the date of arrival are not refunded and customers lose the amount of the deposit.

3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company to 50% of the balance of the agreed period.
